If you are unable or unwilling to discuss the complaint with us, or if you would like independent assistance with this, please contact Klachtenportaal Zorg. Klachtenportaal Zorg is an external organization with which we partner to help resolve dissatisfaction and complaints regarding our care.
Once you have submitted your complaint or expressed your dissatisfaction, Klachtenportaal Zorg will assess whether it meets the criteria for processing and determine the appropriate procedure.
If any information is missing or unclear, they will contact you to complete the information and ensure that the complaint procedure is properly initiated.
Would you like advice on how to handle a situation with which you are dissatisfied? In that case, you can also contact Klachtenportaal Zorg. This does not initiate a formal procedure.
