Pip Zorg - Reimbursements, Support & Contact

Reimbursements and rates

Household support under the Wmo (Social Support Act) is reimbursed by the municipality. The amount of the personal contribution depends on the rules of the municipality where the client lives. Pipzorg works with fixed agreements per municipality. During the first contact, we discuss which support will be provided and what costs are involved. For support that is fully paid from a personal budget (pgb), the rates are agreed upon with the client in advance, so it is clear what to expect.
For home care, reimbursements apply through health insurance or a personal budget (pgb). This depends on the type of care and the indication. Together with the client, we look at which reimbursement is possible and provide a clear explanation of the rates when care is paid from a pgb. This way, a clear picture emerges of the financial side of the support.

Help with questions or problems

Practical questions or changes

We understand that there are moments when care needs to be adjusted. This may involve a holiday, a hospital admission or a request for additional support. Pipzorg is happy to look at what is needed at that moment and ensures appropriate coordination.

When care is temporarily not needed, this can easily be passed on to our team that handles the planning. We ask clients to report this as soon as possible, so that we can coordinate the care properly. This also applies in case of holidays, appointments outside the home or other changes.

When someone is admitted to the hospital, we arrange for the care to be temporarily stopped. As soon as the client returns home, we go through together which support is needed again.
When more care is needed, for example after a fall, wound bleeding or a change in health, clients can pass this on to us directly. We discuss what is possible and ensure that the right employee takes a look.
For urgent care requests that cannot wait until the next day, clients can contact us by phone. We immediately look at what is needed and who can help.

Waiting times and new registrations

✓ No waiting times

Pipzorg currently has no waiting times. For a new registration, we immediately check whether there is room in the team and which employee is available. If there is a waiting time, we will indicate this immediately and discuss what is possible. We stay in touch during the waiting period and inform the client as soon as a place becomes available.

Pipzorg Officially Affiliated with the CIZ for Wlz Applications

We are pleased to announce that Pipzorg has officially entered into a contract with the Care Assessment Center (CIZ). Thanks to this partnership, as a care provider, we have priority in submitting and processing Wlz applications (Long-Term Care Act).

This means we can support our clients more quickly and efficiently with their care needs, ensuring they receive the care they need, exactly when they need it.
